2021-8-20 Hardly Raining
Surf–garage group The Boss Martians played Slim’s Last Chance Saloon on August 20, 2021. Now based in Seattle, the band formed in Tacoma in 1995. Members include Evan Foster (guitar, vocals), Erik Foster (bass, vocals), and Nick Schultz (drums). Zack Hoppenrath of the Zack Static Sect made a guest appearance.
For the Zack Static Sect, the show was also a record release: When I Grow Up is now available on Bandcamp. The Middle Ages played an opening set, and DJ Marvelette spun records throughout the evening.
