Guitar master and composer John Scofield and his group played the Kirkland Performance Center on April 9, 2024. Joining Scofield were jazz talents Vicente Archer (bass) and Bill Stewart (drums). Their set included originals from their latest album, bebop standards, and a Bob Dylan cover.
Scofield’s trio is playing three dates in the Pacific Northwest as part of the Spring Concert Series presented by PDX Jazz. According to the presenter, a few tickets are still available for tonight’s final show at Portland’s Aladdin Theater.
