Seattle guitarist Jeff Fielder gathered three other notable guitarists—Jimmy James, Kathy Moore, and Orville Johnson—for The Summit at the Royal Room. Each of the featured artists played a short set, and then joined Fielder for a brief Q&A about their upbringing and musical influences. Along with Fielder, the house band included Andy Stoller (bass), Eric Eagle (drums), and Joe Doria (organ, piano). The show was intended as the first of a series.
