Drummer Matt Cameron (Pearl Jam, Soundgarden) played a sold-out double bill at the Royal Room on January 19, 2023.
The Matt Cameron Trio kicked off the evening with a set of mostly jazz originals. Joining Cameron were Geoff Harper (bass) and Ryan Burns (keys), along with special guest Caspian Coberly (guitar).
Musical collective Motel 7 played the second set. Cameron and Harper returned with Wayne Horvitz (keys, electronics), Skerik (saxophones), and Neil Welch (saxophones).
