2023-10-08 Hardly Raining
Hundreds gathered in Volunteer Park for the Halloween Pet Parade on October 8, 2023. The Volunteer Park Trust sponsored the annual event.
Held in the lawn outside the Seattle Asian Art Museum, the event featured live music by the 8 Bit Brass Band, pet-related vendors, a costume contest, and a brief parade around the water tower.
